There’s always a risk in using cleaning products especially when trying a certain brand for the first time. You can either get your money’s worth or spoil the property you’re intending to clean. How often do we hear homemakers complaining about over-bleached clothes, stained rugs and damaged furniture all because of a too-strong or wrong product? And how frequent are the unsightly results because of miscalculated applications?
Caution is paramount when we do our cleaning. It doesn’t matter if we’ve used the product a hundred times. Though natural cleaning products are less harmful, same care should be applied as with the chemical-laden brands.
Cleaning your carpet for instance would be superior if you do a product test first before application. It takes hours for any damage to show, so always keep a sample of material for testing so you can do this days before, and not jeopardize your beautiful rug.
